1. Select size and purchase the listing provided in my shop.

2. Send an email to hello@laurawilkerson.com and include the following:

- A straight-on, color photo of the home. Image must be high resolution.
- Any extra photos of the home are appreciated to include more details. More photos also help me understand the size and proportions. Two to three extra photos would be wonderful.
- Provide any specific details you might want to include or exclude in the final painting. For instance: “The front garden bed has gardenias. I would like those in bloom.” Or, “I don’t want the cars showing.”

3. Once I receive your email as listed above, I will confirm with you all of the details to be included. After confirmation, I will provide a proof of the pencil sketch of details and placement before painting.

4. After you have approved the sketch, I will begin painting. When your custom painting is complete (2-3 weeks), I will send a final proof for your approval before shipping.

Additional information:

- Since this is a custom painting, multiple paintings of the same subject will vary in color and composition slightly.
- The orientation of the work is typically horizontal to include the most details. However, If you are needing a painting with a more vertical orientation, please let me know.
- When it comes to landscaping, I typically exclude large items that may block the features of your home. For instance, I will “trim” down the occasional bush or tree to make your home more of the focal point. If there is an element that absolutely needs to be included, you and I can discuss how to include it.
- The 2-3 week production time does not include shipping. If you have any special requests, please contact me before your work is shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on USPS.
