 How long does it take to receive a painting once I place an order?

After you approve the final sketch, I will began painting. This typically takes 2-3 weeks of production time. Once I am done, I will send a proof of the final painting before I ship it out. The production time does not include shipping. Shipping times depend on USPS and may vary.

Do you paint subjects other than homes?

Yes. I also paint and draw other architecture. Wedding venues are also popular! I am hoping to offer more items in the shop soon. Please email me if you have an idea!

does the painting arrive framed or matted?

No. Your painting will be carefully shipped in a plastic sleeve and a hard chipboard to protect it from bending during delivery.

what size frames do you recommend?

I love a big, chunky mat around any photo or artwork.
For instance: 8x10 artwork = 11x14 frame (at least) with mat. You also want the mat board to compliment the painting in terms of color. I usually stick with a white or ivory mat depending on paper tone.

Is an iPhone photo okay to send?

If it is newer phone, yes. I need to be able to zoom in and out to see the details before sketching things out. I also need to be able to print out the photo too.
